The Process of Personal Growth.
Title: We achieve growth in stages of life!
We often mistake "growth" for a one-time achievement—a promotion, or a milestone. But growth isn't something you only achieve; it’s something you become.
The process of Personal Growth involves four stages of increased awareness in these areas listed below:
- Purpose: knowing your purpose is the result of the process of growth, while reaching your potential. Knowing your purpose enhances your uniqueness.
- Reaching Your Potential: Reaching your potential is the key that will unlock every door to your purpose, and living a fulfilled life.
- Create a clear vision: Create a clear vision of the life you desire, and focus on it regularly. Set long-term goals to help you reach your target. The wider your imagination, plans, and actions are projected, the clearer your path will be to obtain that vision.
- Never be Satisfied: Always have a strong desire to improve your personal objectives. Stand out from the rest of society by your standards. Have a strong commitment to growth and striving to reach your greatest potential.
Have you maxed out your capacity for growth? Have you reached your full potential as a person? Growth always increases your capacity because there is no finsih line to how far you can grow.
Potential Doesn't Have a Finish Line
When people pursue their goals, dreams, and aspirations, they usually go far beyond what seems to be their finish line. The potential to exceed boundaries and limitations are naturally untapped–when you think of limitations, you are the only one creating them in your mind as to how far you can grow.
How do you continue to strive toward your potential and keep exceeding your expectations? You keep changing the way you approach personal growth. You must change the way you think and you must change your actions. I’ve always believed that change equals growth. And when we refuse to make changes in our lives, we are refusing personal growth in areas of our life.
Personal Growth demands a temporary surrender to our personal securities. It also means a given up of familiar but safe patterns, unrewarding work. Values no longer believed in. Friendships and relationships that have lost their meaning.
In order to keep to growth alive so that you can achieve your dreams, you must grow in consciousness. If you want to get a larger vision of yourself, to acquire the ability to see yourself beyond your current circumstances and mental conditioning--ask yourself, "What drives me?"
