Six Pillars Of The Personal Growth System.
There will be no growth without focus, intention, discipline and dedication. Each pillar will strengthen the others. Neglect one, and complacency sets in. Build all six, and resilience, discipline, and growth habits will begin to form.
(Pillar I) . Without a plan for long-term growth, consistent habits can't be established for long-term growth.
- Self-Awareness: You must know yourself to grow yourself. No one can produce great things who is not sincere in dealing with himself.
- A Sense of Direction: To reach your potential, you must be assured about what you're wanting to accomplish in life. And self-doubt is not an option.
- Continuous Learning: You must be open to learn new thing everyday and expand your knowledge and build a reading system to keep learning.
- Self- Fulfillment: You have to love your vocation to be fully devoted to your life's work in a big-time way.
(Pillar II) "Pursuit Of Your Purpose:"
1) Adopt a definite plan of action for the pursuit of your Purpose.
2) Write out a clear statement of that purpose and your plan for attaining it.
3) Back your purpose with a burning desire. Let it become the dominating thought in your life.
4) Study your plan of action carefully, and don't change it for no reason. Do not change it simply because you have met with defeat or adversity.
5) Keep away from dream-killers, naysayers, and doubters. Surround yourself with the dreamers, doers, believers, and thinkers. But most of all surround yourself with those who see Greatness WITHIN YOU.
"Never let a day pass without devoting some time to the pursuit of growth and knowing your purpose. You are developing consistency as a habit, and habits need reinforcements."
(Pillar III) Develop Growth Habits: Set long-term goals to help you reach your growth target. The wider your thoughts, plans, and actions are projected, the clearer your chosen path will be to build consistency and to keep growth alive on the journey of reaching your potential.
2) Stick to a Schedule: create a (Personal Growth) to-do-list. This will increase your chances for continual growth. Plan your growth by exercising, running, jogging, and reading to keep your growth habits prioritized and focused.
3) The Compound Effect of Reading: By consistently consuming well-structured, persuasive language, reading sharpens your own internal monologue. It exposes you to expanded vocabulary and effective argumentative frameworks. Over time, your outward communication—whether in a high-stakes presentation or a critical email—becomes clearer, more precise, and more clearly defined.
4) Practice Discipline: Growth oriented people are highly discipline people. They have self-control to work hard and wisely. They are able to stay focus on a project and develop helpful solutions to achieve their goals without being distracted.
5) Never be Satisfied: Always have a strong desire to improve your personal and professional life. Growth compounds with time. Stand out from the rest of society because of your habits. Have a strong commitment to long-term growth in every area of your life.
5) Exercise Regimen: Growing people workout to improve their image and boost momentum. You will achieve twice in a day by maintaining your fitness. Keeping a healthy weight balance enhances your life expectancy.
