How To Recognize If You Are Not Really Growing.
The process of "Personal Growth" involves several stages. Are you achieving these stages?
- What Gets You Out of Bed: What are you willing to do that you would it for free even if no one paid you for it? When you have truly found your purpose in life, you leap out of bed before the alarm clock. That's a sign you are living with passion.
- How Adventurous and Creative are You: Are you action-oriented, curious, outgiong, and uniquely gifted? Do you live for new experiences and seek out new opportunities? Are you drawn to risks taking and not afraid of failure?
- There Will Be No Success Without Commitment: True commitment is the degree of sacrifice you are willing to make to reach your potential in life. We all know that without intense effort very little will be accomplished. Growth-minded people are willing to do whatever it takes to reach their full potential.
- A Strong Sense Of Direction: Have you charted a course to path your Growth? Have you set clear-cut goals to reach your objectives, and keep you on a path of continuous growth?

6) What Type Of People Do You Associate With: "According to a research by social psychologist Dr. David McCleland of Harvard; the people whom you habitually associate with are called your "reference group," and these people determine as much as 95 percent of your success or failure in life."
It's not always comfortable, but it's always profitable to associate with people larger than ourselves. What kinds of "larger people" should we spend our time with? People of integrity. People with positive mental attitudes. People who are ahead of us professionally. People who build us up rather than tear us down. People who take the high road, and never the low road. And finally, people who are growing also.
