Personal Growth is the Gateway to Your Potential🏋️

Let's Review where we left off in Part/1. We stated:"Within this pressurized society, people who are out of shape mentally, usually fall prey to ideas and situations that are destructive to the human spirit and human relationships.

They are victimized because they have not been taught how to think for themselves, nor have they prepared themselves for an education in lifelong learning and growth of the mind. And because they haven't discovered their true potential, they grow dependent on the thoughts and opinions of second-hand ideas from others.

Changing your core belief changes your expectations to achieve growth of the mind. Achieving personal growth has everything to do with your thinking habits, because the way you think really impacts every area of your life.

You must set aside time every day to develop your thinking skills. Good thinking increases your potential. It will open doors of opportunities at your workplace, increase your finances, and create better opportunities.

Your thinking is the lid for your potential. And if you're an excellent thinker, then you have excellent potential. Achieving your potential derives from making progress, and progress is often achieved by consistent habitual activities.

If you would pursue growth of the mind and improve you thinking skills, you will transform your behavior. You need to develop thinking habits. What's a habit? A habit is something you do on a regular basis, consistantly, time after time.

Good thinking can do many things for you: solve problems, generate income, create opportunities. People will pay you when you help solve their problems.

It's time to "Pause & Reflect: You should pause to revisit your life experiences and plan for future growth, so you can avoid the pitfalls of seeing what’s up ahead. You are better prepared to side-step pitfalls, roadblocks up ahead. Stopping to think, pause and reflect on your life experiences is one of the most valuable activities people should do to keep growing. It adds value even more than motivation or encouragement.

Progress always requires changing the way you think. If you want to live on a new level, you have to think on a new level. Going to a new level always requires change within your mindset.

Do you want to become the person you always hoped you could be? If you do, don't attempt to change your actions. Start by changing your mind. Nothing else you do will have a greater impact.
