“ Strong habits build strong character. Success comes as a result of habitually doing things that need to be done. Achievement comes from the habit of strong character.”

  • Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become YOUR WORDS.
  • Keep your words positive because your words become YOUR BEHAVIOR.
  • Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes YOUR HABITS.
  • Keep your habits positive because your habits become YOUR VALUES.
  • Keep your values positive because your values become YOUR DESTINY.

“Who am I? I am Your Habit”

I am your constant companion. I am your greatest helper or your heaviest burden. I will push you onward or drag you down to failure. I am completely at your disposal. Half the things you do you might just as well turn over to me and I will be able to do them quickly and correctly.”                                                            “I am easily managed–you must merely be firm with me. Show me exactly how you want something done and after a few lessons I will do it automatically. I am not a machine, though I work with all the precision of a machine, plus the intelligence of a man.                                                                                         You may run me for profit or run me for ruin–it makes no difference to me. Take me, train me, be firm with me, and I will place the world at your feet. Be negligent with me and I will destroy you.   “Who am I? I am habit.”

Character Is The Result of Building Strong Habits:

1) Self-Awareness: you must know yourself to grow. Knowing your strengths and your weaknesses, and compensating your weaknesses to align with your purpose. Your purpose should dictate what type of people you associate with.

2) The Power of self-discipline: the ability to apply self-restraint to everything that doesn’t align with your goals and long-term objectives. Have the audacity to say no when it does not align with your personality.

3) The habit of Making Responsible Decisions: the ability to make precise, concrete decisions, and say no to anything that doesn’t align with your purpose. Self-awareness is a character trait that allow you to read human behavior.

4) A Positive Mental Attitude: Recognize that your mental attitude is the only thing over which you–and only you–have complete control. Exercise that control and direct it to reach your potential. There is definitely a direct connection between knowing your purpose and reaching your potential. People I know who have achieved a level of success, they have a strong sense of his or her direction. They lead inspiring lives, and they dare to pursue their dreams and live life on their own term. Character is a trait of consistant daily habits built overtime.
